Thank you for participating in our Skincare Wishlist Program. To ensure the process is transparent and fair, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By submitting your skincare wish list to us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Submission of Wish List

When you submit your skincare wish list, you are providing a list of preferred products or items you would like to receive as a gift. This list will be stored securely by ARTEBELLA Skin Health for the purpose of assisting friends, family, or loved ones in selecting the ideal gift for you.

2. Confidentiality and Consent to Release Information

By submitting your wish list, you consent to ARTEBELLA Skin Health sharing the contents of your wish list with others (including friends, family members, and anyone who inquires) for the purpose of gift selection. We will only share the exact products or items you have listed.

Please note:

• We will not disclose any personal or contact information (e.g., your name, address, email) without your explicit consent.
• The details of your wish list will only be shared with individuals who directly inquire about gift ideas for you.
• If you wish to update, amend, or delete your wish list at any time, please contact us.

3. No Guarantee of Purchase

Submitting a wish list does not guarantee that the items you request will be purchased. This program is a tool to help your loved ones choose gifts more easily, but final decisions on purchases rest with them.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

ARTEBELLA Skin Health is committed to protecting your privacy. We will handle your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will never sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill this program.

5. Opting Out

If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to participate in the Wishlist Program or want to revoke permission to share your wish list, please contact us to have your information removed from our system.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you through amendments at the bottom of this section, or as requested virtually or in-person, and your continued participation in the program after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
