Certain popular peels carry risks of complications for darker or sensitive skin types. That’s why we have carefully selected our peels to offer safe and effective solutions for all skin types and colours!
Our chemical peels range are manufactured by global leaders in skin science and technology from Italy, Australia, Denmark, Korea, and more.
Don’t just take our word for it, our chemical peels are clinically shown to be effective, safe, and deliver promised results in skin rejuvenation.
“Chemical peels” refer to acidic solutions (pH typically between 1.5 and 4.0) applied topically to the skin in order to cause controlled damage to the epidermis, resulting in regeneration and remodelling of the skin.
Peel solutions work by dissolving the bonds between the top layers of skin cells in the top layer of the skin, thereby forcing them to shed.
Peels are highly effective at providing fast results in improving skin texture, evening skin tone, and accelerating the renewal of skin cells. Chemical peels can be used to treat signs of aging as well as other medical indications such as acne and UV-induced skin damage in the face, neck, chest, hands, and other areas of the body.
You’ve likely heard of the top acids that form the basis of most chemical peels: lactic acid, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, and others.
With mono peels, the peel features one key acid carried in a lipophilic or hydrophilic solution. This solution is sometimes buffered, delivering controlled effects to the skin.
In cocktail solutions, there is more than one key acid at play, requiring extra skill in formulation and application. These cocktail solutions can have unique properties that make them optimal for certain indications, such as tackling stubborn pigmentation, acne, and more.
We are dedicated to bringing top-quality solutions for all concerns. Our peeling systems range addresses all below concerns for all skin and fitzpatrick types. Furthermore, these treatments are non-invasive, clinically proven, and provide an impressive host of benefits.
It’s our job as professionals to select the perfect peel (combination) for you and your concerns. To address more advanced concerns, peels are most effective as a series of treatments, and your treatment plan may implement a variety of peels depending on the indication.
Our chemical peel sessions offer higher-level peels with a variety of protocols customised for various indications. Each peel is based on different types of acids that target distinct mechanisms in the skin, leading to different outcomes and appropriate for various concerns. The acids we use are AHA and BHA’s and include lactic, glycolic, salicylic, mandelic, pyruvic, trichloracetic (TCA), tranexamic, and more.
Our commitment to your safety and to achieve the best results means that we provide a thorough skincare prep and post care instructions, along with an informed written consent before starting a series of light or medium-depth peels. This is to ensure pre- and post-procedure instructions are understood, as well as the risks and benefits.
For those just dipping their toes into peels for the first time or wanting to ease into peeling treatments, we have our Custom Medifacial or Vegetal Peels for a pain-free, facial-style session. With these treatments, expect minimal to no peeling (dryness, flaking) and instantly visible results.
We offer a large variety of peels at our clinic, our sessions do not have a single, fixed price. Our light/medium depth peel sessions start at C$150.00 and vary depending on what peel solutions are being used.

Light peels’ results will typically last between 1-3 months, while medium chemical peels usually last 3 to 6 months. How long exactly will depend on various factors such as the individuals skin type, the specific chemical used and how well you take care of your skin post-treatment. So, to best maintain the results we recommend following a personalised skincare routine and possibly schedule follow up treatments as advised by your skincare specialist.
More dramatic results often require more intensive treatment plans of multiple sessions spaced closely together. Maintaining these results will depend on proper homecare practices and regular facials or supplemental peels. Additionally, we may recommend a treatment plan combining peels with other skin therapies such as microneedling or others. Want to learn more? Schedule a consultation with us!
Downtime varies depending on the type of peel! Our lines are chosen for their efficacy, minimal discomfort, and minimal downtime.
For lighter peels, there can be minimal to no downtime at all and you can plan for an event or photo-op the same or next day! However, for some people, redness and peeling (dryness, flaking) can be expected in the days following treatment. In that case, it is imperative to regularly hydrate the skin according to your prescribed homecare. Please consult with us to find out more about your specific needs.
